How does it cool my dog without electricity or water?

The sleep surface is woven from ice-silk fibres that conduct heat away from your dog's body on contact — the same reason tile floors feel cool. There's nothing to freeze, fill, or plug in. You may not feel a strong effect with your hand, but dogs (who run warmer than us and can't sweat) feel the difference within minutes of lying down.

Is it suitable for arthritic or senior dogs?

It was designed for them. The cushioned base keeps aging joints off hard floors, the raised bolster rim gives head and neck support, and the anti-slip bottom stays put when your dog climbs in and out on unsteady legs. It's a comfort product, not a medical device — for pain or mobility concerns, always talk to your vet.

Can I wash it?

Yes — the cover zips off and machine washes on a cool, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on no heat. A quick wash every couple of weeks keeps it fresh through shedding season.

What if I pick the wrong size?

We'll swap it for the right size free of charge. Quick tip before you order: measure your dog nose to tail base while they're stretched out asleep, add 15–20 cm, and match that to the bed's inner sleeping area. Between sizes? Size up — senior dogs sprawl to keep weight off sore hips.
